Today is a new day.....today I am planning on going for my first run in three weeks. Things had gotten so crazy in my life that I seemed to forget to take care of myself. I am going to get back to eating right, sleeping enough, and watching my...umm....adult beverage consumption.
One of the reasons for the craziness is that I have moved. So, I now have a new neighborhood to run in. One with lots of hills! So I have used the "map it" feature of the Nike running website and have started to plan out some new running routes. I am going to miss some of my old routes, but there will be less cars here so that is a good thing.
Oh, and in case you were wondering....I did not run a half marathon yesterday. And I don't want to talk about that.....
So here's hoping for no rain today and that my body remembers what to do!
